Off-site transportation operations
We played the role of a "control tower" for transportation management, taking care of everything from the terminal for group bus parking to coordination with the main railroad station, Park & Ride, and the management of each parking lot. We were also in charge of maintenance management, from the production of signs to guide visitors out of the venue, to various maintenance inspections and cleaning, supporting a comfortable expo experience outside the venue as well.
Pavilion management support services
As an exhibitor and management support for 69 developing countries (about 2/3 of the official participating countries), we managed the entire process from recruiting, interviewing and training attendants to on-site management, and served as a bridge between exhibiting countries and various organizations. As for events, we were engaged in supporting the operation of the National Day hosted by developing countries, hospitality for guests, and ceremonies. In addition to the developing countries, we also provided operational support for the China Pavilion and ensured the smooth operation of the pavilion.
Admission ticket sales management
Four major Japanese travel agencies and JCD set up an "admission ticket sales management center" to send out all admission tickets. The center handled all aspects of admission ticketing, including the exposition association, customer inquiries, and system management. We utilized our extensive know-how and skills cultivated over many years of event operations, strengthened information sharing and coordination with on-site ticket offices and parking lots, accurately extracted admission ticket and sales figures, and conducted admission center operations without delay while earning the trust of the exposition association.
