Tourism Expo Japan

Objectives:
This is the world's largest travel exhibition and trade fair, with 1,384 companies and organizations from 80 countries and regions exhibiting, promoting the appeal of overseas and domestic travel, tourism to Japan, and regional development.

● Promoting tourism overseas, domestically, and in Japan, and revitalising local areas
● Promoting tourism and fostering the tourism industry in all regions both domestically and internationally
● Creating opportunities for participating businesses to promote and directly market to consumers

Event Production and Implementation:
We were responsible for the management of the business meetings, system operations for the exhibition and business meetings, management of official events (opening ceremony, welcome reception), forums (keynote panel discussion, tourism ministers' meeting), and management and secretariat of the awards ceremony (Japan Tourism Awards).

Using the know-how we gained from many years of experience in tourism promotion, international symposiums, and large-scale exhibitions, we were able to run the event smoothly.

At the exhibition business meetings, operations and system design were carried out taking into consideration the industry characteristics of exhibitors and visitors. Aiming to enable countries, regions, companies and organizations exhibiting on industry days to conduct valuable business negotiations with as many participants as possible. We designed and improved the business meeting matching system and carefully adjusted operations. Additionally, some booths conducted a demonstration experiment using admission tickets with QR codes. We aimed to verify the viability of DX (Digital Transformation) at future exhibitions and trade shows. In managing the official events (opening ceremony, welcome reception) and forums (keynote panel discussion, tourism ministers' meeting), we responded flexibly to unforeseen circumstances such as last-minute changes to speakers or program content, ensuring the program proceeded smoothly.
