Event Concept & Execution
The annual national conference, which aims to recognize franchisees and share business strategies, was held with the largest attendance since the COVID-19 pandemic.
The concept of "on the road" was symbolized by a massive runway that extended in four directions across the venue. Award recipients walked along the illuminated runway to and from the stage. A 360-degree central stage, surrounded by the audience, was set up to enable speakers to engage with attendees up close. A new feature, the "high-five entrance," saw two executives greeting awardees with a high-five, drawing out genuine smiles from the recipients.
