Initiatives & Event Production
The event, centered around the themes of GLOW and GROW, aimed to foster a sense of community and strengthen connections among participants and all employees. The beauty and customer service skill-sharing session and award ceremony were designed to reflect this spirit. The event featured a sophisticated and glamorous stage design with a black theme, and this cohesive design was carried through in everything from the invitations to the trophies. At the heart of the stage, a large flower sculpture, which changed color with the lighting, set the tone, while awardees walked the red carpet to the stage. The dazzling stage design, lighting, and camera work not only highlighted the winners but also created an inspiring atmosphere for all employees, encouraging them to think, "I want to be up there someday."
One of the highlights of the event was connecting the venue with seven regions across the country via live stream, where surprise messages of congratulations and appreciation were sent to each award winner. The interactive element of sharing these emotional moments brought smiles and even a few tears from the participants, creating a sense of unity that engaged the entire company.
