Event Company Japan | Internal Award Ceremony & Kickoff meeting 2018

As a meeting & event company, JTB Communication Design (JCD) holds an annual internal award ceremony and kickoff meeting to share its successes together with the company, motivate each other, talk about newly set goals, and last but not least to have a great and valuable memory together as a team.

2018`s edition was held at a gorgeous ball room of a famous Tokyo hotel. The event consisted of an award ceremony for outstanding work by employees, a kickoff meeting and a gala dinner where the different teams could mingle with each other.

The mc was one of the voice actors belonging to “JTB Next Creation”, a company within the JCD Group. In addition, during the party new employees gave very original self-introductions, creating a lively atmosphere.

JCD`s president & CEO Akihiro Hosono held an opening speech and presentation, touching upon subjects like the previous year`s successes, upcoming challenges and the near future. With big sports events coming to Tokyo in 2019 and 2020, lots of new business opportunities are heading towards Japan. Many foreign companies have set their eye on Japan as their next location for meetings and events during and around these two huge occasions, and JCD is heading towards a challenging and exciting time.
