Event Solutions and Production
For this special Investor Day event, the Shangri-La Hotel in central Tokyo was chosen as venue. Stakeholders and potential future investors into the renewable energy sector came together to network and relay information about important recent developments and future prospects. Moreover, several high-ranking officials from both the Danish and Japanese governments attended and gave speeches. Because of this, concise and effective planning was of vital importance.From the set-up, to the actual presentations, and everything in between, JCD made sure things proceeded as smooth as possible. On top of that simultaneous translation was provided for all speeches and presentations, so that Japanese and international attendees alike could understand all the content without problems. After the main presentations there was a cocktail reception where attendees could network at their leisure, before closing out the day.
