Event Production and Implementation:
The 170th anniversary was positioned as an opportunity to get together and look towards the 200th anniversary. This was a packed commemorative event, split into three parts with the theme of "Connecting to the Future - Go for 200th." Part 1 began with a prayer ceremony for business prosperity at a shrine with close ties to the company. There was a video covering the company history, and a dialogue with the company president, both of which provided an opportunity to deepen the participants’ understanding of the company. Part 2 featured an SDG-centric event in which the finishing touches were applied to an art piece made from recycled waste from the factory. Additionally, there was a Guinness World Record attempt and certification in line with the company's vision, which fostered a challenge-driven spirit among employees. The event provided content that brought all participants together. The third part, a buffet-style party, featured a quiz using a smartphone app and a costume contest between factories. This further improved engagement with the company through fun activities, and the event concluded on a high note.
