Just like the year before it, 2021 was a year full of challenges. While the event industries within certain countries have been able to get back to business, others are still under heavy restrictions. Within Japan the event industry has been getting back on its feet with in-person, hybrid, and online events all taking place again. Unfortunately, due to travel limitations, international in-person events have not yet had the resurgence that we were eagerly anticipating a year ago. That said, we remain optimistic that we will gain the upper hand in this pandemic, and reunite with our associates across the globe, hopefully in the first half of 2022.
Until then, online and hybrid events have continued to evolve and JCD is staying on top of these developments.
