Event Strategies and Execution:
The event featured a variety of sessions and workshops aimed at addressing corporate engagement challenges, held intermittently throughout the venue. The design incorporated principles from behavioral economics, with vibrant decorations like colorful balloons and banners, a DJ booth at the entrance, and entertainment options such as a game area and street performers. The atmosphere was intentionally festive, creating an immersive, non-daily experience that encouraged participants to enjoy the event and easily connect with one another.
In the exhibition area, multiple booths and display boards provided information and showcased solutions. Printed materials were kept to a minimum, and interactive elements were integrated, allowing attendees to scan QR codes on the display boards with their smartphones for more detailed content. The event also embraced CO2-zero MICE® practices, sustainable catering, and eco-friendly art installations, ensuring an environmentally conscious event design.
