Objectives of the event:
・Build teamwork among employees in the same group and make sure everyone feels involved.

Event Solutions and Production:
The event had a striking design with a spacious production area that included a huge 54-meter screen and a lot of lighting equipment.
During the kick-off session, the goal was to bring all participants together and focus on the goals for the next fiscal year. This was achieved through strategic vision presentations divided into three parts: one for the whole group, another for each unit, and a third for individual companies. This detailed sharing helped everyone gain a better understanding of the goals.
During the awards ceremony in the second part, the venue was designed with three runways leading to the stage. This setup allowed winners to feel honored and receive recognition. Sharing success stories of notable initiatives inspired all attendees, not just the winners, for the year ahead.
Because many participants in the event industry were involved, we designed the event itself to showcase event production. The main program included cutting-edge performances like graphic poi demonstrations and "Operator Desk Tours," where technical staff explained behind-the-scenes details of the event. During venue changes, the "Engagement Lounge Spaces" on two floors offered a place to enjoy snacks, drinks from around the world, and activities like purikura machines and photo booths. (Purikura, short for purinto kurabu, are Japanese photo booths popular among young people.)
